We are excited to announce the RX Common Tower Lite, a groundbreaking modular logistical hub. The RX Common Tower Lite is a great solution to optimize access and follow building shapes that are changing due to new technologies and design opportunities.
It's ideal for mid-rise buildings up to 150 meters (500 ft) / 40-50 floors. It can also be used as a run off structure with extensions up to 6 meters (20 ft).
The Common Tower Lite features:
- Safe & reliable modular run off and common tower system.
- Standard modular components in flexible arrangements.
- Rapid assembly with pin connections. No crane needed!
- BIM- supported design, automated bill of materials & loading lists.
- Self-supporting run offs up to 6 meters (20 ft).
- Integrated hoist tie-in extensions to the structure.
In the heart of Rotterdam (NL), RAXTAR has delivered a customized vertical logistical solution for the 'Grote Beer' project. This marks the first implementation of our RX Common Tower Lite platform in the Netherlands.
Highlights of this project include:
- Cycle time of 3 days per pre-fabricated building floor.
- Deployment of two RX SMART passenger material hoists (RXS2340) with c-gate, aiding in the building’s completion.
- An unique RX Common Tower Lite setup providing 6 meters (20 ft) long run-offs to seamlessly bridge the hoists to the building.
- A residential tower reaching 68 meters (223 ft) with 21 stories, showcasing the flexibility and adaptability of our solutions.
