Project Overview
In the vibrant center of Eindhoven, right next to the iconic Philips Stadium, two striking residential towers are reshaping the skyline. The Eurostaete development, led by Stam + De Koning Bouw (a VolkerWessels company), includes 478 rental apartments, workspaces, and a lush rooftop garden, bringing together urban living and green design.

Challenge
Executing a large-scale residential project in a dense urban environment required smart construction logistics. With limited space and a high volume of materials and personnel moving vertically every day, the need for a reliable and efficient vertical transport solution was critical.
