Challenge
Constructing a high-rise tower on a narrow riverfront site in downtown Chicago presented significant logistical challenges. The project required a vertical access solution that could operate efficiently within tight spatial constraints, support high-volume material and personnel transport, and maintain safety and uptime throughout the build. The hoisting system also needed to integrate with the construction schedule and allow for uninterrupted façade installation.

This high-capacity system was selected for its robust performance, large platform size, and ability to handle the demands of high-rise construction. The RX3245SF hoists provided smooth and reliable vertical transport for both workers and materials, supporting the rapid pace of construction on-site.

The twin hoist setup allowed for simultaneous up-and-down movement, increasing efficiency and reducing wait times. The system was installed and maintained in close coordination with USA Hoist, ensuring optimal performance and safety throughout the project.
