Parramatta Square is a major urban renewal project in Western Sydney, transforming the city center with premium office towers, public spaces, and retail. As part of this development, Built was appointed as the main contractor, with Solution Hoist Hire providing vertical access solutions in partnership with RAXTAR.

Challenge
The scale and complexity of Parramatta Square required a vertical access strategy that could handle high volumes of materials and personnel, while adapting to the evolving structure and tight construction timelines. The challenge was to integrate multiple hoist types into a cohesive system that maximized efficiency and safety.

RAXTAR Solution
RAXTAR supplied a combination of hoists to address the diverse needs of the site:

RX2525MF – A 2.5-meter wide goods & passenger hoist, installed as part of a twin set-up

RX2745 – High-speed hoist paired with the RX2525MF

RX2740 x 2 - Completing the vertical highway on the opposite side of the structure

This configuration allowed for simultaneous transport across multiple access points, reducing wait times and improving site logistics.
