No. 2 St. Michael’s is the second phase of the prestigious St. Michael’s development, a 144-metre, 41-storey tower reshaping Manchester’s skyline. The site is positioned on an extremely tight street, requiring extra careful planning for equipment placement and vertical access.

Challenge

The restricted space required hoist ties to be installed on scaffold rather than the structure itself. Precision engineering was essential to ensure stability and safety in these conditions.
