The project is led by Multiplex, a global construction contractor known for delivering complex urban developments. One of the towers will reach a height of 170 meters across 49 floors.

Challenge
The project required a façade hoisting solution that could operate efficiently while allowing the lower floors to be closed off during construction. The system needed to support the transport of large façade panels while maintaining flexibility as the tower continued to rise.

RAXTAR Solution
RAXTAR engineered and delivered a RX4050 construction hoist, uniquely equipped with a hydraulic ramp and a 3x5 meter platform. This wide-body hoist was designed specifically for façade transport and assembled in-house by RAXTAR’s engineering team. The hydraulic ramp enables the façade to be closed at lower levels while the hoist remains operational at higher floors.
