As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in North America. You combine technical know-how with a commercial mindset, switching easily between customers, engineering, service, production, and sales.

Your mission: to ensure customer requests – from first contact to delivery or resolution – are handled quickly, accurately, and with a strong focus on quality. You’ll be working directly from your home office.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to technical and commercial customer inquiries
  • Advise customers on products, options, configurations, and applications
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Process sales orders and maintain customer data in SAP (and CRM)
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers in the US and Canada
  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and production on complex requests
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities for up- and cross-selling

What you bring

You are structured, analytical, and communicative, with a hands-on mindset. Technical insight and affinity with industrial installations are essential. You also bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Residency in North America
