Knowledge equals power; it is our objective to make you strong! The RAXTAR training program is based on principles of pragmatic and efficient knowledge transfer, in order to make our customers self supporting. The RAXTAR training program consists of a combination of theory and training on the job. Our customers can attend our training program at our training facilities or at their own premises.

Design and Development

RAXTAR solutions are designed using state of the art CAD-tools, ensuring faster time-to-market cycles for new features or solution enhancements. Our design and development teams closely link to the day-to-day operations and best practises of our customers and our own rental fleets, in order to guarantee the fit between RAXTAR solutions and our customers requirements, today and in the future.

Deployment teams

RAXTAR engineers are responsible for the operations of hundreds of hoists and lifts every day. Our customer can rely on a pool of senior engineers and a knowledge network, to help them with erecting, dismantling and/or servicing their installations anywhere around the globe.

Spare parts and stock availability

Standard components in all our solutions guarantee stock and spare parts availability around the globe. Unlike traditional hoist suppliers, RAXTAR solutions are based on an open concept, that lowers delivery times and total cost of ownership (TCO).
