BESIX buys RAXTAR RX2744HFT hoists
for high rise project in Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Besix, the largest Belgium construction group, ordered RAXTAR RX2744HFT hoists for their project “New Orleans” in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Besix, one of the main contractors for the highest building in the world (Burj Dubai) will use RAXTAR hoists with a payload of 3000 kg (6600 lbs), lifting speed of 72 m/min (235 ft/min) and a cabin length of 4,40 m (14’5”).

RAXTAR signed a contract with BAM, the largest construction company in the Netherlands, for the delivery of 200 RAXTAR RX500B material hoists. BAM preferred RAXTAR over other manufacturers for having the lowest cost of ownership. BAM is the first customer to receive the completely re-engineered 500 kg RAXTAR material hoist. The hoists for BAM are equipped with remote monitoring facilities, automatic lubrication, blue tooth communication, personalized panels in the ground enclosure and touch panel controls.

CIVILCO orders 14 RAXTAR twin cage hoists for Dubai and Abu Dhabi!

CIVILCO a leading general contractor in the Gulf Region orders 14 twin cage RAXTAR passenger & materials hoists. The RAXTAR hoists have a payload of 6,000 lbs (2700 kg) and a lifting speed of 236 ft/min (72 m/min). The hoists will be delivered during the months of March, April, May and June next year.

TNT Equipment (www.tntequip.com) a large rental company in the United States with offices in Ohio, Texas and Florida orders their first RAXTAR passenger and materials hoists. The RAXTAR hoists have a payload of 6,000 lbs (2700 kg) and a lifting speed of 207 ft/min (63 m/min). All hoists are equipped with RAXTAR’s advanced computer controls allowing driverless operations and on-line access via computer.
